We urgently seek your support once again. A surge in kitten births has started, and in Ohio, kittens are born year-round and desperately need our assistance. It is heartbreaking to see homeless cats struggling to survive, and we strive to rescue as many as possible in our community. Since 1998, we have rescued and adopted over 14,472  cats and kittens, adopted 803 in 2024, and facilitated 900+ spays and neuters through community trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs.

Currently, we have 150+ cats and kittens at our adoption center and in foster homes. However, our rescue efforts are limited by the donations we receive. Cozy Cat Cottage is 100% donor-supported and receives no government funding.  We stretch every dollar to ensure the best care for our rescued cats and kittens. However, the rising costs of medical care and pharmaceutical products are an ongoing issue we grapple with. If our funding doesn’t increase to match these expenses, we may have to turn away cats who desperately need our help, and we never want to do that!
